I had the most fantastic evening with Vicky!!

Every year there is a funfair that comes to my town and on the Saturday there is a procession by the bonfire societies of the surrounding villages. Tonight was the first night of the funfair.
Vicky and I text each other pretty much constantly and by now are really good friends. All through reading festival we text each other and during the week, being her week off, she text me even more! After the last time we went out I have been searching for a way I can ask her out again. The carnival was the perfect thing as, when speaking a little while ago she talked about her trip to Disneyland and how much she enjoyed the rides. I asked her if she wanted to go out again and immediately got the reply that she would and that I need name the time and place! And so we were set to go to the fair! We met at 7 at McDonalds and made our way to the fair. The first ride we went on were the teacups or the carnie equivalent. It looked fairly tame but boy, were we wrong! The fair-folk kept spinning and spinning the cups and, while enthusiastic at first Vicky and I soon started to turn positively green! Soon the screaming stopped and we just bore the ride till the end and fell off a little worse for wear. It took me a few minutes to recover but Vicky was still queasy a few hours into the night! Looking for a breather we decided to try the fairground games. I went to the ducks and, while I gave the vendor a £20 we kept hooking ducks till they came back, resulting in about 9 fished in ducks! Vicky could choose any gift she wanted and she chose a very cute pink unicorn.
We went on to the cork gun stall which was atrociously fixed! Vicky had half the shots and I had the other and still we didn’t manage to hit anything!
Recovered after the teacups we chose to go on another ride. Vicky felt like she couldn’t go on anything too spinney due to her queasy stomach so we went on bumper cars, which was fun, even if Vicky did keep going the “wrong way” round the track and as a result was in the middle of a massive pile up. We went on another ride which is a bit hard to explain but it consisted of going round in a circle and up and down. The image of an octopus comes to mind but I don’t know if I have been on a ride like that before. It would have been really pun were it not far the fact the seats were designed for 3 small people and so the seats were shaped as such so my leg was on top of a groove in the seat. What’s more my legs are big and the bar didn’t fit. The carnie had to get another to force the bar down crushing my leg and pinching it between seat and bar. Other than the resulting pain the ride was a lot of fun!
Having finished with the rides Vicky and I chose to watch the fireworks in the car park of the local tescos. They were pretty but not as much as she looked (I wish I had said that) we chatted for ages and decided, after much conferring that we would go to the pub.
We had a great time chatting and laughing talking about all sorts of stuff most notably Vicky comparing me buying her a drink to tipping it down the toilet (as it amounted to much the same thing). We stayed till 1130 when she drove me home.
The best and most embarrassing part of the evening was when arriving at my house I said my good nights and spontaneously went to kiss her. I, unsure as to the whole situation still went to kiss her cheek. She however went for the mouth. It was a bit awkward but we kissed eventually so it was all good!

Tonight saw a lot more physical contact including hand holding so I am optimistic! I will be seeing her Sunday as we are going to Lewis to have a good time in the park.
